Buying Properties: To Buy the Pole Postion Club. The first 4 missions of the Mansion most be completed. NOTE: Pole Postion Club Cost $30,000.
SunShine CarShow: After buying the SunShine CarShow you well get a money coin for $1,500. Go down the little road right beside the SunShine CarShow and 7 cars on a list that it wants you to get and park inside the garage right beside the list. After doing the first 7 cars on the first list your money coin well raise to $2,000 and you well get the "Deluxe" vehicle. Go back down that road and a new list well be in the same spot where the old one was and get these new 7 cars and your money coin well raise to $4,000 and you well get the "Sabre Turbo" vehicle. Go back down that road again and do the new 7 cars on the list and your money coin well raise to $6,500 and you well get the "SandKing" vehicle. Go down that road once more and do the new 7 cars on the list and your money coin well raise to $9,000 and you well get the "Hot Ring Racer" vehicle. If you do all this and get the Hot Ring Racer vehicle i'd suggest doing the race's with this vehicle its very fast.
Sea Sparrow: This is the new Helicopter that you can get after finding 80 hidden packages within the 4 islands. The Sea Sparrow is a Helicopter that uses no Helicopter pad it lands and takes off on water. Like the Sea Plane. NOTE: Go into the Mansion all the way up the stairs and on the roof top there is a Helicopter already there for you.
Secret Vehicle: This Secret Vehicle you can get after finding all 100 hidden packages. The Secret Vehicle well start at the Army Base right beside the airport. This Vehicle is Called the "Hunter" Sweet vehicle.
Malibu Club: After beat all the missions at Malibu Club (I think there is 3 or 4 missions) and doing the last mission "The Bank Job" Tommy and hes 2 men put on green suits with Jason mask on. After beating this mission (Hard Rating #7) go back to the Malibu Club up to that office and you can get the Machette and the Bank Job suit anytime that you want. NOTE: Malibu Club Cost $120,000.
